“Pharmacy: More than just dispensing” was a marketing advocacy campaign to push Queens Park towards change in the legislation to increase the scope of practice for pharmacists. The challenge was to create a visual concept that was easily understood and showed what pharmacists are able to offer. By juxtaposing the “Rx” and a medical tool, the message was successful in its simplicity and clarity. The campaign was well received by the Ministry and within the year, the legislation was changed so that pharmacists can now give the flu shot!
